4. No guarantee of results

Results vary and depend on many factors outside our control, including the offer, traffic, audience, competition, budget, creative, platform algorithms, and platform policies. We do not guarantee any specific revenue, profit, return on investment, earnings per click, lead volume, cost per lead or acquisition, conversion rate, payout, or ad approval.

5. Calculators and illustrations

The offer math calculator on the Site performs simple arithmetic based only on what you enter, and its default values are made-up examples. Images, diagrams, dashboards, and figures on the Site are illustrations; they are not client data, results, benchmarks, or forecasts. None of them should be relied on as the sole basis for business decisions.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site, including by submitting false information or information about others without permission, attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with the Site's operation, sending spam or automated submissions, or using the Site for any unlawful purpose.
