How we work

Discover, audit, launch, optimize, scale.

A straightforward engagement process for advertisers, affiliates, networks, and B2B teams, built so every decision is backed by numbers both sides trust.

Team members gathered around a shared desk, reviewing campaign numbers together
The process

Six stages, one loop.

We repeat stages four through six for as long as the program keeps earning. You always know what we changed and why.

  1. 01

    Discovery

We learn the offer, margins, audience, current partners, traffic sources, and what success means to you. If we aren't a fit, we say so.

  2. 02

    Offer & tracking audit

We check terms, payouts, landers, creative, and the full tracking path: click IDs, postbacks, pixels, timezones, and dedupe rules.

  3. 03

    Launch & routing

Offers go live with the right partners, caps, and routing rules. Every postback is test-fired before real traffic runs.

  4. 04

    Optimize

We work the levers that move ROI: sources and placements, caps and pacing, payouts, creatives, and landers, one tested change at a time.

  5. 05

    Scale

What holds its numbers gets more budget, more partners, or new geos and verticals. What doesn't gets cut quickly.

  6. 06

    Report

You get reporting tied to the same source of truth everyone uses, with notes on what changed, why, and what's next.

Optimize

The levers that move ROI.

Optimization isn't one big change. It's small, tested changes across five levers, measured against the same tracking every partner sees.

Sources & placementsCut sub-IDs and placements that spend without converting; feed the ones that do.
Caps & pacingDaily and partner caps that protect the advertiser's budget and the affiliate's flow.
PayoutsTiered or quality-based payouts that reward partners who send buyers, not just clicks.
CreativesApproved angles tested against each other, retired when they fatigue.
LandersPre-landers and landers tested for speed, clarity, and compliance, not just conversion rate.

Affiliate partnership model

Fair to advertisers. Fair to affiliates.

An offer only scales when both sides want to keep working together. We manage the relationship so they do.

For advertisers

What we handle

  • Offer setup, terms, and allowed traffic types

  • Partner recruiting and vetting

  • Creative and lander approvals before launch

  • Caps, pacing, and budget protection

  • Quality feedback and scrub reasons shared with partners

  • Reporting reconciled with your own data

For affiliates & publishers

What you can expect

  • Offers matched to your traffic and audience

  • Clear terms, payouts, and payment schedules in writing

  • Working links and postbacks, tested before you spend

  • Fast answers on creative and lander approvals

  • Payout tiers that reward quality

  • Honest reasons when a lead or conversion is rejected

Joint ventures

Shared risk. Shared upside.

In a joint venture, we invest our own media budget, team time, and tracking alongside a partner's offer, and both sides share in what it earns. We only do a few at a time.

  • Fit firstThe offer must be compliant, fulfillable, and have sound unit economics.

  • Defined contributionsWho brings the offer, media, creative, fulfillment, and support is agreed up front.

  • Written termsRevenue or profit split, data ownership, reporting access, and exit terms are documented before launch.

  • Pilot, then scaleWe start with a capped test and expand only when both sides agree the numbers hold.

Compliance standards

The rules we run by.

Compliance isn't a final check. It's part of how offers are set up, approved, and monitored.

Substantiated claims

Every claim on a lander or creative must be backed by the advertiser. If it can't be supported, it doesn't run.

Clear disclosures

Affiliate relationships, advertorial labels, pricing, and subscription terms are disclosed where people will see them.

Consent first

Lead forms capture consent in plain language, and we keep records of what each person agreed to.

Email rules

CAN-SPAM requirements, suppression lists, and advertiser-approved subject lines and copy.

Traffic rules

Each offer lists allowed and banned traffic types, brand-bidding rules, and incentive rules. We enforce them.

Platform policies

Creative and landers are checked against the policies of the ad platforms in use before launch.

Data handling

Personal data is collected only for a stated purpose, shared only with the buyer it was meant for, and secured in transit.

Fast takedowns

If something breaks the rules, it's paused first and discussed second.

We follow advertiser terms, platform policies, and applicable law, including FTC rules, the TCPA, and CAN-SPAM. This page describes our practices and is not legal advice.

FAQ

Questions we hear often.

Do you only work with affiliate offers?

No. Most of our work involves affiliate and partner offers, but we also run direct lead generation and B2B pipeline programs, and we do tracking-only engagements.

Do I have to switch tracking platforms?

Usually not. We work with the tracker or network platform you already use when it can support server-to-server postbacks and clean click IDs. If it can't, we'll explain the options.

How do your joint ventures differ from managed services?

In a managed engagement you pay for our work. In a joint venture we invest our own media and time, and both sides share the results under a written agreement. JVs are selective and always start with a capped pilot.

Do you guarantee results?

No. Results depend on the offer, traffic, platform policies, budget, and other factors outside anyone's control. We commit to doing the work well and reporting honestly.

How quickly can we start?

After a discovery call, most programs move to the audit within days. Launch timing depends on what the audit finds, especially in tracking.

Will you run any offer?

No. We decline offers with claims that can't be supported, unclear billing, or traffic rules we can't enforce.

Next step

Let’s start with discovery.

Share your offer and current numbers. We'll tell you where we think the gains are, and whether we're the right fit.
